"Here to Pee" Trans Comedy Show
The “Here to Pee” Tour, led by trans comedian Ren Q. Dawe
The Here to Pee Tour, led by trans comedian Ren Q. Dawe, is a nationwide comedy protest featuring an all-trans lineup using humor to challenge anti-trans laws while raising funds for local LGBTQ+ nonprofits.
A first-of-its-kind comedy tour is hitting all 50 states, using humor as a powerful form of protest. Led by trans comedian Ren Q. Dawe, the Here to Pee Tour features an all-trans lineup performing in all 50 states, with proceeds benefiting local LGBTQ+ nonprofits. The tour aims to uplift trans voices, foster community, and spark critical conversations about trans rights—all while delivering unforgettable comedy.

“We’re bringing trans visibility to every corner of the country. Although this tour is founded in potty humor, it sheds light on the very real, very menacing issue of barring trans people from accessing public spaces,” said organizer and trans activist Ren Q. Dawe. “but we are going to have the last laugh.”

A film crew led by award-winning documentarian Jeff Stonic will follow the tour, capturing not only the on-stage performances but also the heart of the project—each city's unique activism efforts, the lives of those impacted by anti-trans legislation, and the communities rallying behind them. The film aims to shine a national spotlight on the importance of grassroots LGBTQ+ organizations, sharing their stories with audiences everywhere.

A virtual event that takes place during Adult Hang Out Hours.
Looking for a job can be tough—and even tougher when you’re queer and/or neurodivergent. This virtual workshop is here to make the process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more empowering. Join Matthew Kiesow, a queer hiring professional and passionate community volunteer, for a session full of practical tools, lived experience, and affirming advice. You’ll learn how to:
Write a resume that reflects your strengths
Prepare for interviews with confidence
Spot and avoid job scams
Navigate “preferred qualifications” and other gatekeeping language
Understand workplace transitions for transgender folks
Build a job hunt strategy that fits your needs

Matthew has spent the past year volunteering at the SF LGBT Center’s Career Center, where he supports community members with resumes, mock interviews, and career mapping. He brings real-world insight from both sides of the hiring process and has led efforts to build inclusive workplace culture, including starting an Employee Resource Group at SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands.
Matthew earned his MBA from the University of San Francisco, where he received the Leadership Service Award for his community work.

Proud and Free: United for Trans Power
The Supreme Court issued its ruling in U.S. v. Skrmetti, a challenge brought by three transgender adolescents, their families, and a Memphis-based medical provider against a Tennessee law banning gender-affirming hormone therapies for transgender people under 18.
The Supreme Court has failed to protect families’ freedoms and allowed politicians’ targeting of transgender youth’s healthcare needs to stand. This is a painful setback, but the Court left us with other tools to fight back against the political extremists targeting transgender people’s safety and dignity.
We are coming together in a "PROUD AND FREE: National Week of Action" to support trans people, push back on disinformation, and affirm that our communities are united for trans power.

What is U.S. v. Skrmetti? A lawsuit filed by @ACLU, @LambdaLegal, @ACLU of Tennessee and Akin Gump on behalf of transgender youth and their families challenging Tennessee’s categorical ban (SB1) on gender-affirming medical care for transgender youth.
Why does it matter? This case is about the constitutionality of states banning access to critical medical care for trans minors, particularly gender-affirming care. This could have nationwide impact on access to care, trans rights, and other sex-based discrimination by the government.

It’s D&D 4th Fridays! Every fourth Friday of the month we’ll have a Dungeon Master at drop-in hours, ready to lead you on an adventure!
